AND IN THE BEGINNING
It all started with one dog when I made myself a member of a dog club, purely because I wanted a dog to come back to me when it was called, nothing more. That was fifteen years ago, now its gone far far beyond that. My new found training classes and well mannered dog simply wasn't enough and with a little time and patience I managed to turn my hobby into a hobbysession. Not satisfied with it taking up nearly all my own time just as soon as she could walk and talk I aided in allowing my daughter to climb aboard and take the ride to the black hole where all time, money and sanity disappear to. Now all but a few weekends are taken up with dogs and dog sports in one form or another. Rolo our chocolate lab cross, was responsible for bringing the world of obedience and obedience competitions into my world. He is now nearly 15 and since retiring from obedience competitions he is doing what labradors do best, lounge and scrounge! Please meet the dogs over the coming pages.
